What is KINPASS?

KINPASS is Malaysia's children's activity discovery and booking platform. Parents browse and book hundreds of activities — swimming, arts, STEM, music, martial arts and more — for children aged 2–14, paying with credits from a flexible monthly membership.
How do credits work?
+
Credits are your booking currency on KINPASS. Each activity costs a set number of credits. Subscribe to a monthly plan to get credits, or top up as you go. Credits are deducted instantly when you book, and unused credits roll over while you stay on a paid plan.
Which membership plan is right for me?

Explorer (18 credits / RM99) suits families trying a couple of activities a month. Adventurer (42 credits / RM210) is our most popular plan with ~17% savings. Champion (96 credits / RM432) offers 25% savings for busy families. Every plan lets you book up to 14 days in advance. Compare all plans in the membership table above.
What ages is KINPASS for?

KINPASS is built for children aged 2 to 14. You can add multiple children to one account, each with their own profile, age, medical notes, and emergency contact details shared with activity providers for safety.
What is the cancellation policy?
+
Cancel up to 12 hours before a session and your credits are returned in full. Within 12 hours, credits are returned after a late cancellation fee of RM4 per credit. No-shows forfeit the credits used. If a partner cancels, you are notified at least 3 hours ahead and fully reimbursed.
How do I get started?

Download the KINPASS app, create a free account, and add your children profile. You can browse every activity for free. You only need a membership or credit purchase when you're ready to book an activity.
