Find answers to common questions about KINPASS bookings, credits, cancellations, and more.

How do credits work?

+

Credits are your booking currency on KINPASS. Each activity costs a set number of credits. Subscribe to a plan to get monthly credits, or top up as you go. Credits are deducted instantly when you book.

What is the cancellation policy?

+

Standard Cancellation: Cancel at least 12 hours before the session for a full credit refund, no penalty. Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the session are subject to a penalty fee of RM 2 per credit used, charged to your card. Credits are refunded only after the penalty has been successfully processed. No-Show: A penalty fee of RM 2 per credit used applies. Upon successful payment of the fee, 50% of the credits used are refunded. Partner Cancellation: If a KINPASS partner cancels, you will be notified at least 3 hours before the session and all credits will be fully reimbursed. A saved card is required to book — appeals (medical, emergency) can be submitted to support with evidence.

Can I add multiple children?

+

Yes. You can add as many children to your account as needed. Each child has their own profile with age, medical notes, and emergency contact details — which are shared with activity providers for safety.

How do I check in at a class?

+

When you arrive at the location, open the KINPASS app and show your booking QR code to the instructor. They will scan it to mark attendance. If you forget to check in, you will be auto-marked as attended after 48 hours.

Is my payment information secure?

+

Absolutely. All payments are processed through Stripe, a globally trusted payment platform. KINPASS never stores your card details directly — they are securely handled by Stripe.

How do I change or cancel my subscription?

+

Go to your Profile in the app and tap Membership. You can upgrade, downgrade, pause (up to 2 times per year for 30 days each), or cancel your subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
