How do credits work?

Credits are your booking currency on KINPASS. Each activity costs a set number of credits. Subscribe to a plan to get monthly credits, or top up as you go. Credits are deducted instantly when you book.
How does credit rollover and expiry work?

It depends on your plan. Without an active paid membership, credits expire 30 days after the date of purchase and do not roll over. On a paid monthly plan, unused credits roll over to your next cycle — up to the number of credits included in your plan (Explorer up to 18, Adventurer up to 42, Champion up to 96). Free credits and any additionally purchased top-up credits also roll over, up to your upcoming plan's limit, as long as you stay on a paid membership. If you cancel your membership, all remaining credits are forfeited on the last day of your billing cycle.
What is the booking cancellation policy?

Standard Cancellation: Bookings can generally be cancelled up to 12 hours prior to start time with no charge, and the credits used for the bookings will be automatically returned to your account. Late Cancellation: If a cancellation takes place within 12 hours of start time, the credits used for the bookings will be automatically returned to your account after a late cancellation fee of RM3 per returned credit has been charged. Missed Booking: Bookings can no longer be cancelled at start time and the credits used for the bookings will be forfeited. Partner Cancellation: KINPASS partners reserve the right to cancel sessions due to business disruptions or insufficient participation. Users will be notified at least 3 hours before the session, and all credits will be reimbursed in full.
Can I add multiple children?

Yes. You can add as many children to your account as needed. Each child has their own profile with age, medical notes, and emergency contact details — which are shared with activity providers for safety.
How do I check in at a class?

When you arrive at the location, the instructor will mark your child's attendance on their class roster. If attendance isn't recorded on the day, you will be auto-marked as attended after 48 hours so your booking still counts.
Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. All payments are processed through Stripe, a globally trusted payment platform. KINPASS never stores your card details directly — they are securely handled by Stripe.
How do I change or cancel my subscription?

Go to your Profile in the app and tap Membership. You can upgrade, downgrade, pause (up to 2 times per year for 30 days each), or cancel your subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens to my free or top-up credits?

Free credits and any additionally purchased credits are eligible for rollover — up to the limit of your upcoming membership plan, if you continue with a paid membership.
What happens to my credits if I cancel my membership?

All remaining credits, including any rolled over or purchased ones, will be forfeited on the last day of your billing cycle.
