KINPASS Credits Explained: A Parent's Guide

If you're new to KINPASS, you might be wondering how our credit system works. It's simple, flexible, and designed to save you money compared to booking activities individually. Here's everything you need to know.

Credits are the currency you use to book activities on KINPASS. Each activity has a credit cost set by the partner, typically ranging from 2 to 8 credits depending on the type and duration of the class. When you book, credits are deducted from your balance instantly.

There are three subscription plans: Explorer (12 credits for RM 60/month), Adventurer (36 credits for RM 162/month with 10% savings), and Champion (108 credits for RM 425/month with 20% savings). The more credits you buy, the lower the per-credit cost.

Credit rollover depends on your plan. Explorer credits reset each billing cycle. Adventurer credits can roll over for one billing cycle (max 36 credits). Champion credits can roll over for two billing cycles (max 216 credits). This means you won't lose unused credits if you have a quieter month.

Don't want a subscription? No problem. You can also use KINPASS on a pay-per-session basis, booking individual classes at full price without a monthly commitment. It's perfect for families who want to try KINPASS before subscribing, or who only book activities occasionally.
